It provides information about the bidding procedure, the role of the security systems expert in that procedure, as well as about the criteria used for bid selection and final choice of contractor. Special attention is paid to the problem of including servicing, repairs and system performance checks in cost estimations. It also includes an overview of methods used to determine the extent of a security system’s wear and tear |
